These online focus sessions brought together a small group of knowledgeable stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Their input into SPEN's Strategic Challenges at this early stage is invaluable in shaping SPEN's commitments in our upcoming Business Plan.
Specially trained SPEN staff held an event with Express Group Recovery.
SPEN provided attendees with advice on how we can support them and other customers who may have additional needs, energy efficiency advice, and signposting to other support services.
On the day SPEN staff registered customers with our Priority Service Register to ensure we are aware of their needs during any periods where they are off supply and provided situation specific advice.
If you are part of a group that has members who would benefit from additional advice or support on managing their energy costs, staying safe during a power cut, or who may need additional support then please contact us.
