Do you have any high-level comments on the Business Plan proposal? 

e.g. Do you believe our plan aligns well with Ofgem's four strategic outcomes?  Does our proposed expenditure seem appropriate?

What do you think of our commitments?

e.g. Are they ambitious enough?  Do they cover the right topics?  Are the timelines reasonable?

e.g. Do you think we have interpreted the NESO's Future Energy Scenarios appropriately?  Is our Asset Management Process suitable for planning needs?

What do you think of our proposed portfolio of load-related investment projects? 

e.g. How do you feel about the prioritisation and expected outcomes of these projects?  Are our four categories appropriate?  Do you think our TECA methodology is fit-for-purpose?

Do you think our plans for investment in our existing assets (non-load investment) can deliver long-term value to consumers?

e.g. Do you think we have balanced cost-efficiency and the timing of interventions appropriately?  Have we best realised efficiencies in interactions with our load-related investments?

Are our plans to mitigate, reverse or offset environmental and social impacts as strong as they can be?

e.g. Are the priority areas of our Sustainable Business Strategy appropriate? Is our roadmap for achieving this realistic and/or ambitious enough?
