Here are relevant documents and feedback from the event:
Dear Stakeholder,
We are excited to extend an invitation to our next Distribution System Operator (DSO) Conference, which will be held in our SPM Distribution licence area, where we own and operate the electricity distribution network – providing electricity to homes and communities across England and Wales, in north and mid-Wales, Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Shropshire.
The energy landscape is changing fast as the way our customers generate, use, and interact with energy evolves. As we transition to being a DSO, we play a pivotal role, serving as the linchpin connecting energy producers and consumers, network operators and flexibility providers. Collaboration is key to ensuring that our future network enables the ambitions of our customers and stakeholders, and we are committed to creating opportunities for collaboration in all that we do.
This event will be a fantastic opportunity to discuss plans which will shape the future of our local communities and a chance to collaborate on delivering these plans. Also, through our interactive question and answer panel, there will be an opportunity for collective debate on the challenges we all face in realising the Net Zero transition.
Our event will be taking place from 10am to 4pm at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester, Warrington Rd, Hoole, Chester CH2 3PD.
Our event is structured into two interactive sessions, designed to give you the opportunity to get involved throughout the day;
Your engagement and feedback are invaluable to us, and we can't wait to have you join us to build a better future, quicker.
Secure your spot via the registration link below, and please also take a moment to complete our DSO Event Survey.
Kind regards,
SP Energy Networks
