Helping Hands

Specially trained SPEN staff held an event with Helping Hands Foodshare.

SPEN discussed with attendees how we can support customers who have additional needs, energy efficiency advice, and signposting to other support services.

Staff registered customers with our Priority Service Register to ensure we are aware of their needs during any periods where they are off supply.
