I would like to invite you to join us at a special Distribution System Operator Conference in February 2024.

The energy landscape is changing fast as the way our customers generate, use, and interact with energy evolves.

These changes create new planning, operational, and whole system interactivity challenges, but also provide new solutions, opportunities, and partners.

We are evolving in response – “Distribution System Operation” describes the updated framework of activities and tools that we are delivering to meet customers’ evolving needs, support Net Zero, and ensure the continued reliability and stability of the whole electricity system.

Key to this future is working with the capabilities and knowledge of our customers and stakeholders.

This is why we warmly invite you to join us at our upcoming Distribution System Operator Conference.

It will be an opportunity to hear about the challenges we face (many of which we will need your help solving) and to engage with our senior representatives to help shape our plans for the future.

As well as hearing from us, we will also be sharing the stage with some other key organisations who will also play a pivotal role in the transition to system operation.

This first event will take place in Glasgow, with future events planned to rotate around the regions and communities we serve.
